Introducing the new Mr & Mrs Baxter

Karina & Brian got married 1st September 2018 in the stunning Abbeygate at Coombe Abbey.

Let’s here Karina’s take on her big day………………

The Dress…

I started to go to wedding fayres in early 2017 and that’s when I found my Enzoani dream dress. I really believe it was meant to be and I just knew it was the one! I had only seen the back of my dress at this point and I was already booking my appointment to try it on, we even laughed that I hadn’t seen the front of my dress. At my appointment I tried some other dresses on first but just couldn’t wait to try this one one. Luckily it was just perfect and my sister Nikki, daughter Katie, mum Sylvia and niece Demi agreed and that was it! I HAD SAID YES TO THE DRESS!!! Marie was so welcoming and friendly and got the bubbles out to celebrate. I had a picture off the website so I wouldn’t forget what it looked like, I got butterflies every time I saw it.

The ‘Love’ Story…..

I met Brian 19 years ago in a nightclub where he worked, we hit it off and moved in together. A few years later we had a beautiful daughter Katie. Time passed by and the Valentines day 2017 Brian proposed! It came as big surprise and of course I said YES! I don’t think our daughter Katie could quite believe it. We will always remember Brian’s proposal as soon after he was rushed into hospital having his appendix removed!!!

Karina’s most memorable part of their big day …..

People say it will be the best day of your life and I always wondered whether it really would be but I can honestly say it was!! I would not change a thing and all the stress that came with the organising and planning were all worth it in the end. I would love to replay the day over and over again. I would also do anything to wear my dress again!! When I look at my photos it’s a reminder that our wedding was full of love, fun and laughter.
